Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on items within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery.

Items should be undamaged and unused, with all labels and tags intact.

Please fill the returns form with your details to receive further information. We cover the cost of return shipping. Depending on your order & location, we will either send you a pre-paid shipping label by email or request you post the parcel yourself and reimburse the amount paid.

Once we receive the items and ensure they meet our return standards, we will refund the cost of the item(s), not including the original shipping fee. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive the refund.
